Delivery within mainland Singapore is via Singpost SmartPac or Courier (both are trackable) at a flat rate of SGD$5.00.

Dispatched within 2 working days of fund clearance upon orders checked out.
For first-time customers, we will need to confirm your delivery address via email, sms or phone call before dispatching your orders.
If a printed invoice is required, please leave a note during order checkout.
Order Process and Estimated Delivery Schedule
First time customers will receive an email to confirm delivery address, kindly check your email or spam folder to reply with a confirmation if the delivery address is correct.
Orders received on:
Mondays – Friday before 11am with completed payment will be posted on same day.
Estimated 80% chance of receiving package on the following working day.
Friday after 11am till Sunday with completed payment will be posted on Monday.
Estimated 80% chance of receiving package on the following working day or by Wednesday.
The above are just an estimate, delivery may require longer time for bulky items, odd sizes items and during certain peak period where workload are especially high for Singpost/Courier services.
Tracking Your Parcel

Singpost Registered – Postman will deliver the parcel to your doorstep around the same time your normal mails are delivered. If no one is in to receive the parcel, an advice slip will be issued stating the post office and date to collect the parcel (usually the next working day).
Singpost SmartPac – Postman will deliver the parcel to your doorstep around the same time your normal mails are delivered. If no one is in to receive the parcel, postman will deposit the parcel in your mailbox (if it can fit in) and sign on your behalf.
Otherwise an advice slip will be issued stating the post office and date to collect the parcel (usually the next working day).
Collecting your parcel at the stated post office:
Bring along the advice slip and your IC as Singpost need to see actual proof of residence matching the delivery address on the parcel. Please collect the parcel soonest possible from the stated post office or within 10 working days.
Parcel not collected within 10 working days at the post office will be returned to sender, we will notify our customer when we received unclaimed returned parcel. We can resend the parcel on request, additional postage to resend the parcel will be advice.
