These micro size neodymium magnets Grade N52 are useful when you can have very limited space to fit in the tiniest of magnet but need it to be as strong as the magnet size allows.
Micro in size, N52 grade neodymium magnets is relatively stronger (up to 17% stronger gauss) than a similar size (of the same diameter and thickness) N35 grade neodymium magnets. This means that this might possibly be the strongest magnet you can get at this size. With it’s small size, these micro 2mm diameter magnets can be easily positioned or hidden in objects and tight places.
Gauss Strength of Size and Grade:
The Size and Thickness of a neodymium determines the strength more than Grade.
Eg. A D3x3mm Grade N35 will have a stronger magnetic gauss strength than a D2x1mm Grade N52 simply because of the size and thickness are larger.
Grade is important only when comparing 2 neodymium magnets of exactly the same size and thickness but different Grade.
Eg. A D2x1mm Grade N52 will have a stronger magnetic gauss strength than a D2x1mm Grade N35 (in this case up to 17% stronger gauss)
