Useful for for hanging stuff directly on vertical metal surfaces. Only Vertical metal surfaces!
Rubberized base protects against scratches on your metal surface paint work.
Although the rubber slightly weakens the magnet due to the gap between metal surface and magnet, when attached directly on a vertical metal wall the rubber friction actually increases the hanging load by preventing magnetic hook sliding due to better friction between magnet and smooth metal surfaces.
Attached directly (do not place a piece of paper between magnet and metal surface!) on store room flat and clean metal door, it can handle hanging load of up to 2kg, that is sufficient to hang a regular set of Broom and Dustpan and additionally maybe an apron.
If your object is much heavier but less than 4kg, you can use 2 pieces of these together for better stability and load.
A single piece can also hang 2 liters of milk or a six pack beer (6x330ml).

⚠️Note of caution: A simple safety rule is to provision for at least 3X the maximum load.
Example. If you are hanging a stable load of 1kg, use a magnet with a separation force of at least 3kg.
The above does not apply to a moving vehicle eg, container, lorry, ship etc. as any vibration, tremor or bump will drastically spike the load.
